It is so important for us to keep ourselves hydrating and to keep our bodies refreshed while we’re enjoying the delicious food and phenomenal weather. Sometimes we forget to replenish ourselves and that can have a serious impact on us. Here some detox recipes that replenish your system and keep you feeling your best!
Coconut Water Detox: blend all ingredients and let chill in the fridge, enjoy the next day!
500 milliliters of Coconut Water- many hydrating properties, reduces risk for cardiovascular disease & hypertension, aids in weight loss and evens out pH levels
10 Mint Leaves- improves digestion, fights bad breath, improves mental awareness and focus, reduces stress
7 scoops of Watermelon- helps improve heart health & helps with hydration
3 Lemon Slices- vitamin C, promotes digestion, supports weight loss
Celery Juice Detox: process all ingredients together in a juicer, chill and enjoy!
1 Green Apple (cored)- high in fiber
3 Celery Stalks- anti-inflammatory properties, eliminates free radicals
½ a Lemon (juice)- vitamin C, promotes digestion, supports weight loss
1 cucumber (peeled & seedless)-
1 cup of Kale- full of antioxidants
Ginger Juice Detox: process all ingredients together in a juicer, chill and enjoy!
4 Carrots- high in fiber and potassium
1 Beet- promotes detoxing in the body
1 Apple- high in fiber
1” piece of Ginger- gets rid of toxins, improves digestion, energizes the body
1’ piece of Turmeric Root- anti-inflammatory, full of antioxidants

4 Oranges (juiced)- vitamin C
