Here are a few options for the post fashion week kick we’re getting back to. Starting with an energizing chocolate smoothie…And if you’re in need of more dessert-worthy options, we’re eyeing the avocado vanilla bean smoothie for a tasty treat.
Energizing Chocolate Smoothie via Cooktoria
- medium frozen banana
- 1 cup chopped strawberries
- 1/2 medium avocado
- 4 pitted Medjool dates
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- extra cocoa powder to garnish

- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt or dairy free
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup baby kale

- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder

- 2 avocados
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 handful of ice
- 1 (14-ounce) can light coconut milk, preferably cold if you like cold smoothies
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon vanilla bean paste
- pinch of sea salt
