All Things Chia
Pudding
Chia seeds have been in the spotlight for as long as the healthy kids have started worshipping quinoa, kale and all other superfoods. For such a tiny little seed, the health benefits are tremendous. High in fiber, antioxidants, Omega 3’s and more,
chia is said to also help lower the risk of heart disease and diabetes, along with helping keep us fuller longer. One of the good and easy things about this seed is that the flavor is very mild, making it easy to sprinkle on top of virtually anything, including cereal, yogurts, salad and beyond.
But one of the best ways to eat it? Make pudding! Have it for breakfast, or pack it as an easy snack to help hold you over in between meals. Whether you’re into savory or sweet, here are some simple recipes to get you in line with all things chia seeds.
