Things to note
Elie Saab’s collection was beyond anything you could dream for in the world of florals, intricate lace, ruffles, goth and more. From dark hues to the perfect shades of blush and emerald, he continues to nail anything he puts his hands on. Here’s a look at 3 pieces we wouldn’t mind having in our closet effective immediately.
In terms of colors or hues to watch, there was definitely a fair amount of plaid throughout various shows, including this one from Dior, followed by some abstract floral prints from Chanel and a half denim-half blazer number from Sacai, who definitely nailed all things hybrids and mash ups throughout the whole collection.
Then there are sneakers. And the Comme de Garcons x Nike kicks that are pretty awesome and give a nice boost, alongside a Stella McCartney sneaker sock, and chunky and bright Balenciaga shoe.
Lastly, throwing it back to the 60’s and 80’s with Dior, Saint Laurent (big shoulders–yes, please!) and Chloe disco vibes.
