What puts you in a better mood when the weather outside is not the best? Do you cheer yourself up with a trip to the mall? What about a Netflix binge? Maybe even a fancy dinner date by yourself?
The weather definitely affects my mood and sometimes I don’t know what I need to do to get myself feeling back to my normal self again! Some days, you just have to sit with the gloom and let yourself just feel those feelings. Other days, I put on a cute set like this one from Zara and hit the streets. Getting active has definitely helped me stay focused on my goals and inspired for my future. You can’t sit around and wait for inspiration to just hit you. You have to put in the work, get up and get active first and then let the inspiration come later sometimes. The gloomy days will always fade away and you have the power to make it happen faster.
