La Moda en París

PFW 2019

I love every opportunity I get to return back to my home in Paris, especially for this reason. Paris Fashion Week is a time for inspiration, new connections and so much excitement! Here are a few shows that really made a statement for me during this past week and I think you should check them out!

Elie Saab– the maxi dress was unmatched! Each and every model wowed me with the intricate designs and amazing art pieces that they strutted past me. I was way past ready to buy each look straight off the runway!

Dior– this show really emphasized the colors blue & yellow. If you did not have these in your wardrobe for the upcoming season, it is now time to do so! The other accessory piece that you might consider picking up after this show is a straw hat that every model rocked!

Valentino– this show made me forget about any other color but white. Gown after gown with the amazingly great, big sleeves coupled with the gold jewelry made a huge statement and made me ready to shop!

Chanel– don’t you love when certain styles make a come back in a big way? who said plaid was out? Because Chanel definitely said it is in! All the way in! Dresses, rompers, you name it! Go out and get you one!

Off-White– the fashion hole was carefully designed and executed in almost every outfit that came down the runway. The intentional hole was representative of a meteor crater and helped to make clear that the show had an outer space theme!

Stella McCartney– the gentle hues/tonal colors helped transmit the environmental awareness message that was intended to shine through as well as the “good vibes” motto for everyone to remember to stay optimistic!

Go check out these looks and more and happy shopping for the Spring 🙂
