Halloween Make Up

With costume inspiration from last week’s post well under way, it’s time to get rolling in the beauty department. Going all out with serious make up can be really fun and exciting if it is done well. If you opt for a more subtle beauty route, there are some understated looks you can take up without totally transforming and painting yourself! Here is all the inspo you need.

Instead of just throwing on cat ears, paint your face into kitten mode with this inspiration from Byrdie. Skeletons are also an easy make up job to experiment with. Buzzfeed has some great transformative make up ideas, including the skeleton and this funky eye mask! If you want to max out your eye make up, you can always add some sparkles, stones, paint on some spider webs, or do some retro Twiggy-esque designs. Brit+Co shares a lot of diverse ideas for playing up the eyes that are worth checking out before getting started.
