Eggs have been getting lots of love lately. Whether they’re poached to perfection on an avocado toast, or the golden star in a killer frittata, they are a simple ingredient with endless possibilities. (And let’s be real, they make for quite the Instagrammable brunch!) Here are five eggy ideas to inspire a week of breakfast.
Let’s assess the situation here.
