New Year, New Habits.
Blah, blah, blah, new years resolutions have crept up on every corner, magazine, office, and general conversation around town. We get it. And green juices may seem cliché and last year, but they’ve stuck around for good reason. Reasons being convenience–so easy to get that necessary dosage of fruits and veggies in just a glass! Your getting a bounty of antioxidants, minerals, energy and vitamins in a delicious way.
One essential note is to incorporate juice into your routines and rituals as an addition to your other meals, not as a substitute or fad cleanse. Be cautious of the sugar intake, since often times these bottled juices can contain up to 50 grams in one bottle. Adding in a green apple or pear does the trick.
No-fail staples: Kale, swiss chard, celery, cucumber, granny smith apples, lemon, ginger, parsley.

Also, on a fun note, you can freeze ice cubes with your green juice for a delicious and refreshing snack!
