How do you relax and feed your brain at the same time? No this isn’t a riddle, but if you think it is, it’s a pretty easy one to figure out! If you haven’t guessed by now, it’s by reading! Whether you prefer e-books, audiobooks or the physical books, this is a great way to chill, reconnect with yourself and feed your brain. Here are 5 books that I think would be great for that me-time you need!

The Mastery of Love: A Practical Guide to the Art of Relationship by Don Miguel Ruiz.
In order to love another, we must heal our emotional wounds and accept ourselves for who we are. This story helps guide you in that direction and create the love that you desire!

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho 

This story follows the journey of a young boy in Spain trying to find his purpose in life. One of the main messages is how long are you going to spend listening to people outside of yourself? 

The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment by Eckhart Tolle 

How many times have people told you to live in the present? This self-help book emphasizes the importance of just that, focus on the now and don’t let the past or the future control your thoughts. 

Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill

If you believe that you can make money, you can do it! Your mind is a very powerful tool and this book incorporates that message into the pursuit of success within your business. 

Lifespan: The Revolutionary Science of Why We Age and Why We Don’t Have To by David A. Sinclair, PhD with Matthew D. LaPlante

Can we choose our lifespan? Maybe so! This book explains the research being done that can help slow down or reverse aging!
